Why must I answer these questions before I can get help?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We pay for external technical support based on the number of questions asked of them. As we try to be good stewards of the ministry resources, we are trying to verify the assistance you need is not already provided.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Rapid Response Team Chaplains ONLY: if you are looking for help with the online Chaplain Deployment Orientation, please email RRT@bgea.org and add “need Orientation assistance” in the subject line.

Have you already signed up for a course?

Are you able to log in to the Billy Graham Online Training site (https://training.billygrahamonlinetraining.org)?

If you have not registered already, have you checked the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on the course sign-up page?

Note: You will get your answer quicker if it is answered in the FAQ. When submitting a question please allow one to two business days for processing. This should not be used to ask for technical support after registration.

After you have logged in, can you see, or click on, the course listed that you purchased/registered for?

Did you receive a registration completion message in the browser?

What is a browser? A browser is a program (Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) on your computer or mobile device that allows you to look at websites.

Have you checked to see if your question is answered in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)? If no, please click on FAQs, which will open in a new window. If you do not find what you are looking for, you can close the window and click Yes.

Has your course expired (or will expire within a week)? Do you need more time to complete the course?

If your question is not answered in the FAQs, please use the “Online Course Support” option, which will open in a new window. Email responses will occur 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Chat and Phone support is Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. EDT.

Important: The Online Course Support option is only available for technical support for paid-for courses within Billy Graham Online Training (https://training.billygrahamonlinetraining.org). All of our courses are evangelism courses, please be considerate and provide the specific course name. If you do not give us the correct course name it will take longer to resolve any issue.

  • Back to the Basics
  • ReIgnite = ReIgnite
  • SHICOD = Sharing Hope in Crisis On-Demand
  • SHICST = Sharing Hope in Crisis Student Training
  • The Lost Secrets of Powerful Lives

Purchased School of Evangelism after November 6, 2020.

The following courses have officially expired and we cannot provide support for them any longer:

  • SHIC = Sharing Hope in Crisis
  • School of Evangelism Online (Course 1: Preparation, Course 2: Proclamation, Course 3: Power, and Course 4: Preservation)

Warning: If you are a Rapid Response Team Chaplain and need assistance with the Chaplain Deployment Orientation, please do NOT use Online Course Support. They cannot help you. Please email RRT@bgea.org and add “Need Orientation assistance” in the subject line.

If your course has expired (or will expire within a week) you should have an option, similar to image below, to request additional time.

If you did not complete the course(s), link request additional time.

Important: We cannot allow unlimited access due to copyrighted material and attempting to be good stewards of the ministry resources. We cannot consider extension requests prior to the final week of your registration.

If you received a confirmation email, you can log in, but you do not see the course you registered for or an expiration message, something must have happened during the enrollment process. Please click on the “Missing course” option. Select from the list what course you registered for. Including the date will help us verify your payment was processed.

Note: Please do not use this form to request technical assistance. If you are having login issues, please use the Forgotten password option to request a new password or contact Online Course Support.

Did you receive a confirmation email?

If you did not see a completion message within the browser, the registration process did not complete. This only happens when there is a network issue, usually as a result of a low or bad signal. It is unlikely you will have been billed and not registered, but you should check your bank statement to confirm. Once you have verified payment did not go through, you can try again when you have a better signal. If payment did process, please provide the transaction information, which will open in a new window, and we can complete the process manually. We cannot process the registration manually without proof of payment.

Are you including your full email address in the username field?

E.g., yourname@example.com or yourname@gmail.com.

If you have not received the email, it may still be on the way.

When mail servers are overloaded, they sometimes experience delays of up to 15 minutes. In rare occurrences, it can be quite a bit longer. Or it may have been filtered within your email system.

We recommend you allow 15 minutes and, if the email has not arrived, try these steps.

  • Check to be sure that you are allowing emails from @bgea.org and @billygraham.org
    (otherwise known as white-listing).
  • Check your Spam or Junk folders to make sure the email was not filtered to one of them. If it was filtered to a Spam or Junk folder, you may want to check with your email provider on how to fix this, as there could be times during the course when you’ll want to receive emails from @bgea.org addresses.

Your username is the full email address you registered with. If you still have not received your registration confirmation email (which includes your password), you can use the “Forgotten your username or password?” link to generate a temporary password.

Have you forgotten your password?

Your username is the full email address you registered with. If you are not using the full email address, the site will not recognize you.(Clicking “Login” will open a new tab or window.)

You can reset your own password any time, day or night, using the “Forgotten your username or password?” link to generate a temporary password.

An email will be sent to you from BG Online Training Administration (click on the image below to see it fullsize).

example email

You will need to make sure you are allowing emails from @bgea.org (otherwise known as white-listing).

Note: The temporary password link is only valid for 30 minutes, so you will need to do this when you have time to reset your password.

Passwords must contain numbers, uppercase letters, and lowercase letters. Does the password you are typing meet these criteria and is your Caps Lock button off? (Clicking “Yes” will open a new tab or window.)

If you previously answered no, then evaluate whether your problem is matching the criteria or Caps Lock button.

  • If you think it is the criteria, you need to use the forgotten password option because you would not be allowed to create a password that did not match the criteria.
  • If Caps Lock button then click log in and you can try again, making sure it is off.

Please note, five or more unsuccessfully logins in a row will lock your account for security reasons. You will need to wait 30 minutes before trying again.

We respectfully request you check the course-specific Frequently Asked Questions page first. (All options except “Start over” open in a new window.)

Note: You will get your answer quicker if it is answered in the FAQ. When submitting a question please allow one to two business days for processing.

As of November 6, 2020, School of Evangelism Online has been moved to a new platform. We can no longer support the courses purchased before that date. You can help identify which course you purchased by looking at the URL where you log in.

If the URL is soe.billygraham.org, like the image below you must use the Support option from that site. It is a different platform run by a different organization.

If the URL is the same as this request help page, training.billygrahamonlinetraining.org then please understand we cannot give you more time. If you have questions you can contact us via moodleadmin@bgea.org.
