You can reset your own password any time, day or night, using the “Forgotten your username or password?” link to generate a temporary password.
An email will be sent to you from BG Online Training Administration (click on the image below to see it fullsize).
You will need to make sure you are allowing emails from @bgea.org (otherwise known as white-listing).
Note: The temporary password link is only valid for 30 minutes, so you will need to do this when you have time to reset your password.
